
Roberta has been a Haddon Twp. resident for four decades. The two children she and her husband raised in Haddon Twp. were educated in Haddon Twp.’s schools, and she herself taught at the high school for several years before assuming a nearly two-decade career teaching writing at Rowan University.
Now semi-retired, Roberta consults for Educational Testing Service on both the Advanced Placement and CLEP exams, which can exempt students from college classes. She is an active member of the steering committees of both South Jersey Women for Progressive Change and The New Jersey Writing Alliance, both public service organizations.
She is running for Democratic County Committee to ensure that Democrats remain democratic.
